Results may vary depending on individual conditions, including but not limited to natural lashes, skin sensitivity, health history, lifestyle, and aftercare.
2. Risk Disclosure
Cosmetic services may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to allergic reactions, irritation, redness, swelling, discomfort, premature shedding, or other unforeseen reactions. Even if a guest has not previously experienced an allergic reaction, new sensitivities may still occur.
3. Client Disclosure Responsibility
Guests are responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions, allergies, eye conditions, sensitivities, medications, or any factors that may affect service outcomes prior to receiving services. Failure to disclose such information may increase the risk of adverse reactions or unsatisfactory results.
4. Aftercare Responsibility
Proper aftercare is essential to maintain results. Failure to follow aftercare instructions provided by the salon may negatively impact results and longevity, and such outcomes are not the responsibility of the service provider.
5. Dissatisfaction Policy
If a guest is dissatisfied with the outcome of a cosmetic service, the salon may offer a reasonable opportunity for adjustment or removal when applicable. No refunds will be issued once a service has been completed.

8. Additional Salon Policies
– Guests are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time to allow for consultation.
– Late arrivals may result in reduced service time if another appointment is scheduled immediately afterward.
– Scalp treatment services include blow-drying only; styling is not included.
– Bed assignments are based on availability and follow a first-come, first-served principle during high-demand periods.
9. Right to Refuse Service

DBA AM Perfect Spa reserves the right to refuse, discontinue, or reschedule services at any time when deemed necessary for safety, health considerations, inappropriate conduct, policy violations, or any situation that may compromise staff, guests, or business operations. Such decisions are made at the sole discretion of the salon and are intended to maintain a safe and professional environment for all.
